FEE STRUCTURE FOR SESSION 2024-25
FEES AND OTHER CHARGES

New Payment Schedule
(1) Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstance.
(2) QUARTERLY MODE:- Last date for payments of fees.
1st Term (April to June) – 15th April.
2nd Term (July to Sept.) – 15th July,
3rd Term (Oct. to Dec. ) – 15th October.
4th Term (Jan. to March) – 15th January
(3) MONTHLY MODE:- PARENTS/GUARDIANS WHO WANT TO PAY THE FEES OF THEIR WARDS MONTHLY CAN DO SO BY 15TH OF EACH MONTH.
(4) After 15th of every month a late fine of Rs. 10 per day will be charged either in cash/online payment.
(5) 5% additional discount on “Tuition Fees” if yearly payment is done at the beginning of the new session.
(6) ALL FEES FROM APRIL 2024 TO MARCH 2025 MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE THE COMMMENCEMENT OF THE FINAL EXAMS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE ADMIT CARD FOR FINAL EXAMINATION 2024-25.
(7) If there is a withdrawal of a student from the school in the middle of the session, the tuition fee for the entire year has to be paid to procure the TC.

There is no provision to refund any type of Fee.

ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:- Those who want to pay the school fees online are requested to send the screenshot of online payment with Student’s Name, Class & Section with Roll No. and fee for the month of ….. and send the same on the school e-mail id: nehsindiapatna@gmail.com & Whatsapp no. – 8102910884.

Fee Rules
- The monthly fee must be paid on or before the 15th of every month; failing to do so, a late fine of Rs. 5 per day will be levied for each consecutive passing day.
- Holding fees in arrears after the 15th of the second month will not be accepted. The names of the defaulters will be struck off the rolls after the allocated time to clear the dues.
- The students shall not be allowed to sit for the examinations unless all fee dues are cleared.
- The fee, once paid, is not refundable.
- The fee for the months of May and June is payable in May.
- The fee will only be accepted during the fee payment timings, i.e., from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on all working days.
- It is advised to parents not to send the fee through the hands of the students. The school isn’t responsible for the loss of the amount payable as fee to the school.
