Procedure
New Era Junior School follows an extensive and rigorous, multistep admission procedure to enrol students in various classes each academic year. Here is a quick rundown of all the information you need to enrol your ward at New Era Junior School.
- The admission procedure for each academic year begins in the month of December with the announcement of release of the registration forms.
- A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000 is levied. Merely registering does not guarantee admission to our school.
- Following the submission of a duly filled registration form on the stipulated dates during office hours, an admission test, which is then followed by a ward-parent collaborative interview, is held as part of the screening process.
- For admission to various classes, which is accepted strictly on a merit basis only, the difficulty level of the admission test is set on par with the last passed class.
- For admission to nursery classes, which function using the informal play-way method of learning, the age of the ward will be calculated on the day of admission following the below chart:
For Montessori I: 3 Years
For Montessori II: 4 Years
For Montessori III: 5 Years
